I miss this most about my Grandpa… His laugh and how compassionate he was. I always felt loved by him, and do did my children.

This picture is my husband's grandparents on their wedding day in 1929. This picture was long lost until a couple of years ago when distant relative had a copy. What makes this special is the frame, made from salvaged wood from Grandpa's birth cabin. Even if you can't tear down an ancient structure, at least get pictures of them before they collapse and include the story that goes with it.
